Useful Information

  • ​Teams will be offered only in age groups that are supported by a volunteer coach that has successfully passes a background check.

  • Each team will be responsible for determining the number of tournaments they would like to play in. The director/board will coordinate scheduling those tournaments.

  • Each team will be responsible for raising their own funds in order to cover the cost of those tournaments.

  • Players can sign up for more than one age group as long as they meet age requirements for both Age groups. 

  • Donations from national/statewide organizations will be spread evenly across all teams.

  • Cost per player varies by team.   Team costs will be split evenly per player.   Team costs will be comprised of a $100 admin fee and Tournament entry fees.   

  • Age for softball is determined by age of player on September 1st. of 2026.

  • Age for baseball is determined by age of player on May 1st.  of 2027.
